We recommend using our in house team for the most seamless process but are open to working with outside architectural teams as long as they meet our needs as a build firm.

Minima Homes provides a two-year warranty on all licensed construction work for new homes. This covers performance standards for major components and workmanship, ensuring the builder addresses defects arising from poor materials or installation. Additionally, Minima provides a 10-year Major Structural Details (MSD) warranty.
