Taylor Wilkins, III
Taylor is a passionate, innovative, entrepreneur and salesman who has built his career in real estate and home renovation business. An Auburn University graduate, he has spent the past 10 years working in corporate America as a sales professional in the government surplus and internet auction industry. With an eye for the eccentric, and an "out-of-the-box" methodology, Taylor has had great success in buying, renovating, and selling old homes and property in Baldwin County, Alabama. He has spent many years restoring recreational vehicles with a particular love for vintage Airstreams. Taylor grew up in Bay Minette, Alabama where his mother frequently took him to yard sales, flea markets and thrift stores. It was then that he developed an eye for quality materials and design.
Taylor's talents landed him on several televisions shows including the History Channel's Picked Off and Great American Country's Endless Yard Sale.
Taylor, aka " Idea Cowboy", is always on the cutting edge of new developments. He is excited about furthering the tiny home movement by offering park model homes that are economical, efficient, sustainable and well designed. Taylor manages all of the sales and coordinates installation of the park model homes.
Julie grew up in Mobile, Alabama where her father was a successful homebuilder of 30 plus years. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, where she learned how to create adaptable home environments to serve all populations.
Her love for home design and decor brought her to join forces with her father, Hyman Homes, Inc., to learn the home building business in 2005. She provided interior and exterior decoration for both spec and custom homes, and helped manage various aspects of her father's business. Julie coordinates all the home orders for her customers, while managing website design/content, social media marketing, and email updates.
Julie has spent the past 10 years raising her son, keeping up with her high-energy husband, and teaching yoga and movement therapy on the Eastern Shore of Alabama and beyond.
