Launched in 2025, Minima Homes is the bold sister of Minimal Living Concepts, Arizona’s largest ADU builder. Drawing from global icons—Australia’s clean lines, Mediterranean elegance, Mexico City’s vibrant modernity, and Los Angeles’ sleek edge—we craft homes that redefine luxury with serene simplicity.
Our roots took hold building guest homes in the Valley’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Mastering high-volume projects while delivering impeccable fit and finish shaped our design-build philosophy: precision, quality, and vision. Expanding into single-family homes, we shook up Arizona’s market with our first spec home and a line of pre-designed residences.

Building length will vary depending on the section and the complexity of the design. We can discuss this with you in full detail after we have visited your site. We understand there are many ‘time’ guarantees offered by other businesses, but we want you to move into a home that you love, not just one that is completed on time.
Many designer builders compete for the lowest square foot rate however the simple truth is – a discount in price, is a discount in quality. You get what you pay for and there are multiple factors that can significantly influence a calculated square foot rate. We build for people wanting everything from small affordable homes to large architecturally designed luxury homes. Whatever the budget, we will ensure you get what you are looking for – every home is built with our high level attention to detail. Factors that impact the square foot cost to build a house are location, size (of both the property and other contributing factors such as the garage or ceiling heights etc), materials, site conditions/ accessibility, the complexity of the build and the level of finishes and fixtures.
Minima Homes are Home Design and Build specialists with a strong focus on building you a new architecturally designed home that is unique to you, your family and your lifestyle. During the design and build process we utilize our in house Architects to complete the concept and working drawings for your home design. We recommend using our in house team for the most seamless process but are open to working with outside architectural teams as long as they meet our needs as a build firm.
Minima Homes provides a two-year warranty on all licensed construction work for new homes. This covers performance standards for major components and workmanship, ensuring the builder addresses defects arising from poor materials or installation. Additionally, Minima provides a 10-year Major Structural Details (MSD) warranty.
