Minima's Design & Planning phase is an intensive, fully integrated collaboration where our architects, structural engineers, and master builders work side-by-side with you from the very first sketch. No outside consultants, no hand-offs.
Minima’s Permitting phase is executed entirely in-house by our dedicated permitting specialists who already know every detail of your project because they helped design and engineer it.
Our team of builders and project managers work diligently to maintain schedules, communicate effectively, and to construct a high quality project. As the customer, you will receive a construction schedule and updates as the project progresses.

Sit back while our team assembles a detailed construction agreement highlighting the initial quote, proposed timelines, payment schedules, and all other contractual elements of the home design/building process.
With the agreement in place, the Minima design team hits the ground running — aligning your vision with our architectural
team, designing your dream home, and preparing a complete permit package with all required components.
Our dedicated team will submit and manage this permitting process from start to finish. We make sure to submit all of the required documentation in our permitting package and always do our best to turn around revision requests as quickly as possible.
As we approach an approved permit, we initiate your entire pre-construction planning process, bidding, and schedule. Our construction team does a fresh analysis of your approved plans to ensure nothing is missed before hitting the field!
Our team of builders and project managers work diligently to maintain schedules, communicate effectively, and to construct a high quality home. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager, and can expect to receive a construction schedule and updates as the project progresses.
Expected minor defects are identified and corrected immediately and are documented as part of post-build support.
Site preparation, excavation, and concrete slab pour are completed to form the structural foundation of the home.
All interior walls are clad, taped, and textured in preparation for finishes to be installed.
Wall frames, floor systems, roof trusses are constructed, establishing the home's structure and layout. All mechanical features are installed within the walls.
External walls, roof, windows, and doors are installed. The home is now secure and weather-tight.
All finishes—painting, tiling, fixtures, doors, cabinetry, and flooring are completed. The home is prepared for the final inspection.
Following final checks, keys are handed over and the home is ready for occupancy. You’ll be taken through an orientation of your new home, demonstrating fit and mechanical features.
